With one large bright bedroom and a fully-equipped office, with computer, printer, and wireless internet, Condo Carlos is designed to allow 2 people to live extremely comfortably. With twice weekly maid service, it’s easy to take in the sights and sounds of this little Mexican paradise.
Manzanillo, on the west coast, is a 4-hour drive south of Puerto Vallarta, or a 5-hour drive north of Acapulco, and remains a charming, warm, and very safe Mexican town, in the quaint Mexican state of Colima.
Condo Carlos is a 110 sq. meter (1184 sq. ft.) condo with stunning, breathtaking views. From high on the Santiago Peninsula, from either of the upper or lower decks looking directly west, breathe in the sites of the Pacific Ocean. From the upper deck to the east, enjoy the green rolling peaks of the Sierra Madre Mountains or the beautiful La Mantarraya Golf Course at Las Hadas Resort below. Absolutely magnificent!
 For 2 adults, Condo Carlos has been outfitted with everything, including computer, secure wireless internet, and cell phone, to give you the comforts of home. Oh, and did we mention the sunsets?
Condominios El Faro is a high-end, gated condo complex, complete with 2 pools. With 24-hour security, discretely fenced, and superbly maintained, Condominios El Faro is located on the highest point of the Santiago Peninsula, giving you a refreshing, cooling breeze 365 days a year—at night from the mountains, then during the day from the ocean. With effective onsite management, El Faro is the winter home of many American and Canadian snowbirds.
