Condo Carlos ......

Condo Carlos is the name affectionately given to this very comfortable 110 sq. meter (1184 sq. ft.) one-bedroom + den condo unit.

On 2 floors, the upstairs houses the bedroom, bathroom with shower, and den (office). The lower floor houses a second bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and dining room.

There are 3 ceiling fans in the unit: living room, bedroom and loft. Additionally, a floor fan is available if necessary.

There are 3 decks. The first is accessed from the living room. The other 2 decks are upstairs, one accessed from the bedroom, the other from the office. Look west, out to the Pacific Ocean from 2 of the decks, while the third deck looks east to the Sierra Madre Mountains. To claim they are magnificent views is an understatement!

The office is  equipped with a computer and printer, with a secure wireless internet connection. Using this computer, or your own, the connection is as reliable as any you could expect.

The condo is supplied with a cell phone for your daily use. The phone number and instructions for use are provided for you.

The kitchen highlights this unit. With new natural wood cabinets supporting the glass cook-top and microwave, cooking (for those who choose to) will be a breeze. Traditional hand-painted tiles adorn the back-splash and the countertop. Fully-equipped with settings for 4, you can expect everything to be there. If it’s not, we’ll get it for you!

With a large assortment of bath and beach towels, it's a 10 minute walk from Condo Carlos to the famous Playa la Audiencia (Beach of the Audience), where Bo Derek and Dudley Moore starred in the movie “10”€�.

The large bedroom, complete with overhead fan and bathroom, comes with a king-size bed. Step-out of bed, onto the deck, and enjoy the morning view of the Pacific Ocean.

With 4 local television stations available in the living room, you can practice your Spanish. Or, watch a movie with the VCR or DVD; there is an extensive movie library in both formats.

Or listen to music with the complete multi-component stereo system. Bring you favorite CD's, cassettes, video tapes or DVD's(Mexican DVD's will not play in this imported machine).

And finally, terra-cotta tiles spread the distance of the condo floor, up and down, inside and outside,, providing a truly Mexican ambiance.
